- Since I was little my family had already given me a rather sweet nickname, 'Sugar Kid' (since I eat candies, chocolate, cakes, cookies all the time!!!) A pack of thirty pieces of cookie can last me about two to three days, I can eat two bowls(big bowls) of ice-cream every so often and when birthday comes, I can gobble up half of an eight inch cake by myself. I developed a huge interest in cakes, dessert, and baking these past several years and my dream is to one day become a professional cake decorator, making yummy and pretty cakes all day. I hope every cookie,cake and pastries I make will become the building block of my sweet kingdom :) And since I'm not exactly a kid anymore, but loved that nickname, I decide that when I have my own business it will be called 'Sugar Queen Patisserie' (hence the blog title :D)
